In these times of social media and "Breaking News" every hour, it seems nearly impossible to keep up and stay focus on our inner self. Here’s a friendly reminder to just be HERE. Life comes at us faster than ever, but we only really get one moment at a time, and it’s up to us to make the most of each day. Tomorrow has enough worry of its own and your life will not crumble if you take a few minutes to breathe in the NOW. Take time to RESET. I like to reset my mind on the present with a 10 minute meditation every morning. Some mornings I indulge with my famous gluten free strawberry pancakes with my cup of coffee...Ok I may have exaggerated on the famous, but they are scrumptious.
